Jerk Burgers |
Ingredient: 1 -1/2 pounds ground chuck or round 1 -1/2 tablespoons Jerk Rub or Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning concentrate 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons Tortuga Gold Rum 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl & blend with a fork. Divide meat & shape into 4 patties. Chill 6 hours or longer. Prepare grill for a medium hot fire & when ready, grill burgers until they reach desire degree of doneness.
