1-1/2oz. Tortuga Coconut Rum
2oz. Tortuga Rum Cream Liqueur
6oz. Hot cocoa
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Pour the rums into an 8-ounce mug & then add hot cocoa. Top with whipped cream.
