Majestic Distilling Launches Tortuga Rums in USA


Market Rollout Begins for Tortuga's Cayman Island Rums

Miami, Fla/ Grand Cayman, BWI - Reminiscent of Caribbean pirates' rum bottles washing ashore, container loads of Tortuga Rums recently landed at Majestic Distilling in Lansdowne Maryland. Majestic, a 63 year old distilling company, is the exclusive United States importer for Tortuga Rums of the Cayman Islands. By April, Tortuga Gold Rum and Tortuga Light Rum will be in 10 states and the company anticipates complete distribution by summer.

Founded in 1984, the Tortuga Rum Company is the largest duty-free liquor business in the Cayman Islands.
