Tortuga Caribbean Spicy "Hot as Hell" Sauce adds a unique enhancement to any meal or snack! Try it as a relish on Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Sandwiches, Patties or Crackers.
Recipe for Drunken Cranberry sauce(Thanksgiving w/ a twist):
1 large unpeeled orange, seeds removed, cut into quarters, 4 cups fresh whole cranberries, 2 tbs TORTUGA HELL FIRE HOT SAUCE, 1-2/3 cups sugar, 1/4 cup of dark rum. Combine half the cranberries & half the oranges in a food processor bowl and grind into coarse paste. Pour into a large bowl and repeat. Combine the fruit mixture with the pepper sauce, sugar and rum and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 24hrs. or longer.(more recipes inside Tortuga's Rum Fever cookbook!) Thanks Barb!
