recipe: For sensitive palates, use only 1-1/2 teaspoons of JERK marinade, 1-1/2 lbs of ground chuck or round, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of your favorite rum, 1/4 cup finely diced red onion, 2 tablespoons ground black pepper, 1 tbs salt. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and blend with a fork. Divide meat and shape into patties. Chill 6 hours or longer. Then light up the BBQ and grill until they reach desired degree of doneness.
