    You can actually tell they put rum in / on the cakes. Add some coffee ice cream to this one and see how well the flavors compliment each other.

    We ordered 6 different cakes for my son's birthday, and the coffee rum cake had just came out that day. It was our favorite - hint of coffee, a little sweet and that great Tortuga cake. Definitely recommended.

    This was not my favorite Rum Cake. I like coffee, but this was to much of a coffee taste. It was moist and good to a point. But I would not bring this home to my coffee drinking friends. I hear the Blue Mountain Coffee is excellent, so it had be something I didn't like for a taste. Sorry just what to be honest....
