2oz. Tortuga Light Rum
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime
6 yerbabuena leaves or 4 mint leaves
3-4 ice cubes
Put the sugar & yerbabuena (or mint leaves) in the bottom of a rocks glass & add the sugar & lime juice muddle (crush with a spoon or bar muddler) then mix until the mint leaves are crushed & sugar almost dissolved. Add the ice cubes, then the rum. Top with club soda to fill the glass or to desired strength. Stir lightly again.
