Tortuga Chocolate Rum Cakes are a rich, luscious cake for all chocolate lovers. Baked in the Caribbean with only the finest ingredients, each rum cake is hand glazed with special 5-year-old, oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum then vacuum sealed to lock in the delicious freshness. The cakes have a shelf life of 12 months, or indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.

    We were able to recreate the rum cake we had on our wedding eleven years ago using the Tortuga Chocolate Rum Cake , covering it with cream cheese frosting and topping it with a fondant white lotus flower with gold trim. Thanks!

    Bought this for my daughter’s birthday since we could not celebrate with her because of the quarantine. She loved it! It arrived early and in perfect condition. She said it was super moist and dark chocolate. Wish I could have shared it with her. I’ll have to order one for myself now !

    Wow! Another delicious rum cake from Tortuga. Not only are Tortuga's mouthwatering rum cakes delicious, they are "substantially" dense, extremely moist & have a very long shelf life. I recommend taking advantage of their "specials & discounts" throughout the year & stock up on all of your favorite flavors & Christmas gifts. Our favorites are the original, pineapple & of course, chocolate.
